I gotta say, it really slowed me down. Then I saw some pics on eBay, and I really couldn't care less about it now. Maybe I'm just bummed about ASM700, or maybe I'd be into the figure more if it was red instead of green, but I can easily live with Big Time Spider-Man in my collection. Sad, I know.

I rarely see up to date Marvel Legends and Marvel universe figures though around here. Just recently started up my collection for both lines.

I just updated my Legends thread that no one cares about. It's mainly pics of my villians, but I got MS Ultron, Piledriver and Madame Hydra pictured. That's pretty up to date.

He defintely wore the one with the red lights and blue lights when he fought the hobgoblin. I don't remember the green at all. The red would've made a better looking figure if you ask me, but no one did. :-(

I really hope they make a Black Widow for the next movie shes in. Diamond really dropped the ball on IM2 with not making a whiplash or widow.

They're just protos they arnt the final product.

Im cyked for hawkeye. And i believe that phoenix is the variant to the Jim lee

Yep those pics have been out for a little while, I really hope there's a Dark Hawkeye variant (shouldn't be too hard to do) of that Hawkeye. Am slowly trying to build Dark Avengers team...

I just dont see the appeal or point of the whole white phoenix thing......did she ever show up more than once?

The Panther seems nice....more of a classic/traditional look....hes not necessary though....and hawkeye is a.waste...the ml 7 one is just fine for me

she wore the white phoenix costume a couple of times... she's only worn it while dead though, in the white hot room.

i love the hawkeye... we desperately needed a new one with some retooled stuff... and many people haven't been able to get one either. So this is win win for me. I plan on putting him with my Dark Avengers, he's close enough

not to mention.. she's the variant to the jim lee costume... so its not really that big of a deal. It's far less of a waste than "phasing vision", "bald bishop", "silverine", and "burned aoa wolverine"...

That Phoenix looks great if it's a Marvel Legend. Her face looks better than the old Toybiz version that's for sure. Would be good if they had her in her green and gold costume.

Panther looks cool, but Hawkeye looks much like his earlier version.

And now for a different question: is there a decent 6" version of the movie Iron Man that doesn't have action features and looks in scale with older Toy Biz Legends? Some of the more modern Iron Man figures look a bit undersized in comparison to ML1 Captain America, for example. Which is the best movie one to get which would look bigger built than Cap and not thin and tiny by comparison?

i think the hawkeye proto is made up of parts of the original. (keep in mind again these are just protos and protos typically are concocted of past figures)

the proto for black widow at comic con a few years ago looked nothing like the two pack when finished

Get the Mark 5 Armor. If you don't mind the triangle in his chest instead of the circle, its awesome! Looks great with the Legends too.
