That really depends on if Infinity War is set in MCU real-time or not.
If it doesn't, Peter will be in College in the second solo film.
If it does then Peter will be still be in High-School by the time the second solo film comes out.

Even if it isnt thatd be one year off of the 'real time'. Realistically we're probably getting a 2020 sequel, 3 years after the first. He's most likely gonna be a sophomore in his first so that actually makes him a senior for the second. Still not a hs trilogy

I don't think you need to worry. I'm pretty sure that the Savage Land rights would be attached to X-Men.
