Marvel / Sony are really quick when it comes to choosing the next Peter Parker.

Apart from Ben Reilly, Peter has never been blonde. Also, he never had freckles. Most designs look similar anyway. You can easily grab a comic book, without context, see Peter without costume, and know it's him. Just like you can recognize Bruce Wayne.

Hair dye exists and a lot of real teenagers have freckles. And I'm sorry but Lintz could easily pass for an interpretation of Parker, I think he has the look.

And he doesn't look 10-11 anymore:

Lintz isn't one of my favorites for the role, but it's getting tiresome to see people throwing the same exact complaints at him and Marvel.

He's 5 ft.

And he looks like who they'd get for Flash Thompson for a flashback when Peter was bullied in school by him.
