Sequels Marvel Studios' X-Men?

Honestly, after seeing Doctor Strange, I can see the X-Men (as they exist in their own franchise) showing up in the MCU. We now know there are multiverses. So it could work

Mutants existing in their own universe! I like that! The comics should do the same thing!

I used to be against it, but now I'm sort of indifferent. If Fox can give us great X-Men movies again then, no, I don't want them in the MCU.

But, I don't even think Fox knows what they want to do with them anymore

Inless marvel/disney were to reboot MCU X-Men couldn't fit In MCU.

Spider-man:Homecoming shows why I don't want X-Men anywhere near MCU.

while I generly oppose reboots and i generly Liked Apocalypse Fox should
entertain rebooting themselves because when all focus is going on Deadpool and New mutants and not X-Men themselves something Is very wrong.plus
fox has let Jennifer Lawrence diva behavior affect X-Men way too long.

The franchise would be essentially ruined if Fox gave it to Marvel/Disney. There's a reason why Fox has attached to it for this long. It's doing fine. I don't want Disney's hands anywhere near it. Stick to Avengers, Strange and Spidey. Agreed on Lawrence.

Yeah X-Men: Apocalypse was all Lawrence and her diva behaviour, has to be that since she is super famous and all.

Infact I am sure almost every backlash decision was totally diva'd by Lawrence, I bet they had colourful outfits for the final battle and she diva'd to make them into black outfits and I bet she diva'd the choice of apoclaypse design too, that girl has just to much power in Hollywood.

I wouldn't say it would be ruined but it wouldn't be quite how people imagined it either.

marvel studios X-men would lose darkness and be full of comedy. It may not be
exactly like the comedy of deadpool but seriousness and darkness would
greatly be reduced.if there were any darkness at all.

X-men would be at mercy of whatever phase plans are.X-men would at marvel be way more ultimate X-men inspired.and you would have avengers related characters showing up In X-Men.

marvel without question would put X-Men related characters in avengers even
if it was just wolverine.

with all the other films you probally wouldn't get any X related spin-offs.

Fox is just direction less now. Give the rights to Marvel now!

If that means we would get lighter films with unfunny jokes, so be it. As long as the X-Men aren't stuck in the past and X-Men aren't just about Xavier, Mystique, Logan and Magneto. Reboot now! Enough is enough!

Jean, Scott, and Hank had around the same screentime as Mystique and Magneto. So what is with this "enough is enough"? Regardless of what you thought of Apocalypse it did its job as an ensemble.

Why can't they watch the animated 90's show and follow that movie wise. One of the best animated series of my childhood

Have you seen how important Beast was in Dofp and Apocalypse? They didn't even bother to give him a close up shot when they were in the Danger Room.

While Cyclops was a supporting character at best in Apocalypse. His role in X1 is still bigger. Had around the same screentime as Magneto and Mystique? No.

Apocalypse finished his arc that started in First Class, he lead the group in battle, and got a fight scene. Mystique wasn't anymore important.

Bigger role in X1? Scott only got 8 minutes of screentime! While in Apocalypse he got 14 minutes and much more was done with him.

Mystique and Mags got 17 minutes of screentime. Only 3 minutes more than Scott.

It's psylockolussus. What do you expect?

News to me.:hmr: So you're saying that Beast actually had the same impact as Magneto and Mystique in the movies... Sheez.

If thats accurate thats quite fascinating

Well Singer did say the film was meant to be an ensemble. It being a Magneto and Mystique movie is just selective perception of people who doesn't like the two getting attention.

I shouldn't even bother but plenty wrong here.

lighter films with unfunny jokes isn't X-men.this attitude is why i say some so called fans don't even know the X-Men.X-men deals with dark and serious
things.

where the films are set doesn't matter. The original trilogy was set in near future at the time and the biggest X-Men film days of future past was set in 1973 and 2023.

And i as one who actully has comics and trade paperbacks and reprints covering 1963 to mid 2000's can say

1:Xavier is the founger and mentor of X-men.he has always been important
to X-men.yes since 2003/2004 comics craped all over Xavier and i believe he is presently dead in comics
2:Again i will point out the reality is wolverine is most popular X-man.yes i know marvel killed him off in 2014 to spite fox but with exception during my long time reading except for year he left after magneto ripped out his adamanturm
3:In the comics magneto has gone from villian to working with X-Men,to running school when Xavier was gone with the shiar, back to villain, leading X-Men In AOA,to ruling genoshia,to in recent years being an actual X-Man from what i hear

Mystique i will give you.

a reboot makes DOFP kind of pointless but a reboot may be coming anyway
after Deadpool 3.But,odds are the reboot will be done by fox.

It was ensemble piece.there is valid critism in mystique's role but to say the film is just about those 2 isn't accurate.
