I'm all for Venom, Gambit, Ghost Rider, X, Phoenix Wright, and Gene going in. LOL @ people who actually think Carnage has any chance of being part of the roster.

Yea... he is really good...no one uses him because he is hard to use....I've tried to use him but just haven't gotten a nitch down with him....I'm not good enough with him to put him on a team...I don't use characters unless I know I'm good with them and MODOK I am not lol but no he is good...Modok is a Wildcard character

Ghost Rider is a must for me. I want him as DLC. His bike is easy to accomplish, just have him use it during a Hyper Combo. If Iron Man can pull a Hubble Telescope sized gun out of his ass during a combo, Ghost Rider can summon his bike.

Most of the people who voted in that poll want Classic Venom and Carnage and more than likely don't even know there are new versions of the characters.I seriously doubt either Symboite gets in.I think on the marvel side the characters who have the best chance are Psylocke,Ms.Marvel,Cyclops and Ghost Rider.On the Capcom side Phoenix Wright,A Megaman,Frank west and Strider.

Remember, Carnage managed to get into MUA2 due to fan requests. It wouldn't be impossible. But I really hope he doesn't.

That means though he was at one point considered to be part of the roster. Now if they actually ever got around to progam anything, that's anyone's guess. It would be cool though if they'd reveal him as a DLC character later.

I don't Read GR comics... but I want him in this for it being a Fighter Alone...He was a Staple on my MUA1 team and Him in a Fighter would be amazing

I don't name my teams, and when I do play a theme team, it's based on an actual team. I just wish I was better with Spider-Man so my Dark Avengers team would be decent.

After thinking how cool Ock would be...I can't imagine too many kinds of cool combos for him. He doesn't use anything other than his tentacles, does he?

Green Goblin could have a bigger variation of attacks, though, from hand-to-hand, to pumpkin bombs, to razor projectiles, to his laser gun and his glider.

More people who don't know what a joke character is.

A joke character is someone who was intentionally made to suck. IE Dan, MVC2 Roll, and Servbot.

I mean I've seen people call Deadpool and Frank West joke characters just because they say silly things. That's called comic relief. By that logic that would make Spider-man a joke character.

EDIT: And I know the poll on Capcom Unity isn't official but I still can't help shaking my head at the results. BOTH Venom and Carnage are in the top 3? Iron Fist who's one of the best martial artists currently having minis and extremely active and being in the low 10s? GG who's Spidey's arch nemesis and who was top 2 of evil masterminds in Earth 616 being lower than Carnage?

I have a funny feeling a bunch of people made multiple accounts so they could vote more than once. I guarantee if that poll were somewhere else like Comicvine, Comic Book Resource, or even here the results would be much different.

I also find it funny that a lot of people complain about certain characters being "clones" and yet Ken(Ryu/Akuma), Blade(Dante/Deadpool), and Punisher(Chris) are as high as they are.

My main goal now is to play as different people. Im retiring Dante, Felicia and Jean as my main team for the time being and experimenting. So far Im really starting to like Captain America, Trish and Zero

Oh one thing I like about Cap is in his DLC costume, they even gave him a new shield. Nice touch
