The Marvel's Most Wanted spin-off was a bad idea anyway. We didn't need another Marvel spy spin-off.

You don't think spy show when you think of Shang-Chi. Most Wanted would've just been Agents of SHIELD lite when we need Marvel shows with different characters and different styles. No, we kind of do if it's Shang Chi.

No one was interested in a Bobbi and Hunter SHIELD spin-off. It wasn't a good idea.
Making Shang-Chi a SHIELD agent makes no sense. He shouldn't have any connection to SHIELD or that world.I'll agree to that. If Marvel do a Shang-Chi series, I want it to be about a SHIELD agent but with the martial arts action of Captain America, Iron Fist and Daredevil. Set it entirely in Hong Kong to differentiate it from other series.

Because SHIELD used to be the preeminent spy agency dealing with weirdness? I mean, *now* it would be weird, since SHIELD is quasi-defunct, sure. No reason he couldn't just be a part of MI6 instead.
Moon Knight could still easily be set in New York if they want.
But Moon Knight they could really exploit the idea that they have a character who is a lot like Batman but way more unhinged.

Moon Knight probably wouldn't even wear his costume until the last 15 minutes of episode 13, and then he'd probably only have his hood. And everyone will say they don't mind as long as it's good characterisation (which you can always get in a non-comic show).
Thoughts
Blade - Agree you definitely can't have a widespread vampire society unless they are *very* reclusive. Dr. Strange is basically a master class on how to retcon a secret society into an existing universe of problem-stoppers. Something about blood farms in Eastern Europe and the return of Dracula to bring back 'real' vampirism or something like that would be fine.
Moon Knight - I know he's a lot of favorites, but I don't actually like this character, and aside from his very unique mindscape, I don't think he's different enough from Daredevil to warrant his own series, would rather he be the 'Punisher' of DD Season 3 or Punisher Season 2.
Daughters of the Dragon - They're just so awesome. Their lives are so tied with the other Heroes for Hire, it seems like a better deal to just let them crossover and around freely together.
DD Supporting cast members e.g. Echo, Elektra, etc - Run their stories in DD. I think he needs the help.
Ghost Rider - Agree he's too expensive for a TV show, but how about using him as a part of the Blade show? Blade vs Ghost Rider leading to the Midnight Sons would be really really awesome for me personally.
Spider-Woman - Too close to the other Jessica who is a private detective. Make her supporting cast in Captain Marvel and let it go.
White Tiger - Heard this rumor, would like to see, this attempted.
Shang Chi - He's awesome. Works better as Iron Fist supporting cast due to the synergy there. If he's super popular Punisher style, spin him off.
Thunderbolts - If you can't do Ghost Rider, I don't think you can do Thunderbolts. If you could however, it'd be brilliant. If you could bring back the villains from the MCU in the process, it'd be even more brilliant.
I don't think Thunderbolts is suited for a TV budget though. I'd rather it be a movie. We aren't going to see Atlas in Luke Cage. Doubt they could pull that off.
