See... I liked that Ashley had some depth like that. I mean, I wouldn't call her a racist, she just had beliefs... so did everyone else. I actually liked the fact that she wasn't "politically correct" if you will. What I noticed about Ash is people didn't dislike her because she was a "racist" they disliked her because she had a bit of a religious background in believing that there was a creator, ect. Again, I liked that... More so in a futuristic space setting.

If you want to talk about space racist then look no further than Navigator Presley, that dude was a prick until you yell at him for being a racist.

Ash has some trust issues, but if you keep her in your party in the first ME all those issues vanish.

I kept Ashley (and Garrus) in my squad for probably 90% of the time in ME1 and she was just as much of a space racist at the end as she was in the beginning.

Xenophobic is more the right word and thats why I couldnt stand her. Her hatred and intolerance were really ugly qualities about her. I plan on rubbing my new relationship with Miranda (assuming she's back on the squad) in her face if the oppurtunity presents itself. On my third playthrough of ME2, Im going to pick a male Shepard and have her die on Virmire so that I can have Kaiden show up instead

True, though his final log in the Normandy crash site dlc suddenly made me sad he was dead.


On the topic of the spin-off game mentioned, I still have to imagine that at some point we'll see a Mass Effect first person shooter.

I've been thinking, it would be great if at Shepard's trial they bring up every law he's broken over the last two games. Even little stuff like looting and assault. I can just imagine Khalisah al-Jilani's testimony.

I sure wish I still had my saves from the first two games!,every time I get rid of a game I have a habit of deleting my saves and not thinking that eventually I'll miss some of them&regretting having to trade them in!

I get lazy to have to do everything again and so I just wait for the next game!

We find out in ME 3 that Kaiden is actually half Elcor.

I didn't mind Ashley as a character, I understood her role, she just pissed me off as a person. She's all in my face being judgemental and i'm all "Damn baby, that don't fly with this Shepard" Then, she just shoots Wrex in the face? Aw hell naw!
