MUUUUUUUUUUUUUCH more to come. Let me know what you think of the progress.

Scrooge looks much better, but I still don't think the dogs look right in the image. They look old, and like they're slowly crawling up the stairs, not rambunctious and about to mess up a house and ruin a Christmas feast.

I agree on the dogs. I'm running out of time but if I have the ability to circle back and redo them before I need to send out my Christmas card I'll definitely do it. As always thanks for the comments.

you're very welcome!

Your art reminds me a little bit of the art inside of Melt restaurant in Columbus, OH. lots of pop culture fun-ness. I always enjoy looking at it.

Ha! I'm from Columbus... I've never been to Melt, but I almost ate there a few weeks back. I'll have to check it out.

I think the dogs are fine other than the middle one, which would be a time-saver only changing that one. The way it's moving seems a little cat-like or something, too smooth?

Overall the card looks great.

Oh nice. Marx and i live in london, i work in Springfield and he works in cbus . I moved back to Ohio a few years ago after living in los Angeles for about 7 years. We frequent cbus all the time.
Late night slice, 16 bit, union, level, melt, local bar, etc.. Were all over cbus and the short north

great stuff as usual matt! Needs some DieHard and Iron Man 3 though ;)

Every year I draw a card design to send out to my colleagues, friends, and family. My theme this year is a huge mash-up of characters from Christmas-themed movies and TV specials. I also threw in some random characters from movies with scenes set during Christmas time, just to keep things interesting... And there may be some ‘Breaking Bad’ references... In hindsight, I may have over-estimated ‘Breaking Bad’s relevance to Christmas. :)

Well... I clearly lost steam on this 'Adventure Time' piece. I've just been really busy.

I picked it back up and will try and complete in the near future.

Last night I added Jake's pups...

The colors and composition on this are great! Revisiting some of your work, I think it would look great in a picture book. Something with limited text like a Where's Waldo type. I think your work is strongest when you crowd the strange and have the characters all looking busy and full of movement.
