I'm not judging by those photos. I said the look of the film is working really well by the looks of these photos. I'm judging by the casting.

He's a dumbass so it's very possible. The mishap of casting him as Jim Bravura is a big mistake and since when was Jim a internal affairs investigator..?

He was the chief chasing Payne all throughout the first game and is a white male in his 50's. Not that i have a problem with them changing his race because that isn't it. But they have changed his character and age drastically and casted a ****ing talentless rapper to play him. This i do have a problem with. :cmad:

Hopefully the plot points and a few other things will change. But i doubt they will. Such a great ball dropped here when this is one of easiest games to adapt into a film there is.

I wasn't necessarily aiming it at you just people in general since I've come across many people on Hype & other boards dissing it just based on set photo's.

the reason why I'm not hyped up for his movie is because it's from Fox..

Fox movie wise are okay minus Die Hard 4 but its Fox TV I'm worried about just hope that PG-13 rumour is false.

So he talks bullet time but says they only used CGI on explosions b/c the tech has advanced since the Matrix, interesting.

I like what he had to say about Max characterization but the Pg-13 rating will no doubt cause much crying in here lol.

Excellent! I wanted Max Payne movie and I still play the first game.

Very nice interview, thanks Batarang

EDIT: Did anybody notice that Mark said it was PG-13 about half way through the interview :cmad::cmad::cmad:

Me too, only finished playing the first game again two weeks :)

:funny: @ the interviewer giving a "Wtf?" look when he heard about PG-13. I really don't know how they can do the game justice, in a visual sense, by not making it R-rated. Such a disappointment.

+1, very disappointed to hear that. I wanted F-bombs and Naked women and popping pills left and right.

Wh--?

Besides the PG-13, Live Free or Die Hard was probably one of the few good movies they've done in recent years. Fox sux!

I like it, looks like the game covers.

The only thing thats keeping me interested in this film is Mark, the PG-13 is not a good start. The fact that fox is making it is worse, and some of the casting is interesting to say the least.

When is this due out?

October 17th, 2008. Good release date, I think.

You guys are nuts. There are ways of making hardcore PG-13 flick and I am sure this will be one of them.
