Me too, like the bit where he runs in that office area & jumps, the alleyways, the buildings, the palette of the movie, & that lift which Mona's in were all so reminiscent of the games.

I know, MP never had any **** like that, maybe its some sort of meaning that guy just died by the hands of Max Payne & its nobody can see it but its a demon taking him to hell, that's the best I could come up with.

yeah its not a real monster.but when you are promoting to the GP you need to be careful. they will be IMO expect a monster or a flying man.

If they do a sequel, I hope they recast Payne. Not that I have anything against Walberg, but the Payne of the second game was much older, and I'd rather have an older actor than an aged-up Walberg.

Mark Wahlberg is probably one of the best elements of this flick. Didn't like the trailer very much.

Wow. It actually Looked like Max Payne. The game always looked like it would work as a film if done right. So far so good.

Nothing against Mila Kunis, but she doesn't really fit the role of Mona Sax. I was expecting someone like Catherine Zeta Jones, Bridget Moynahan, or Rhona Mitra.

It does, but she's not listed in the credits on IMDB. But then again IMDB is how reliable?

I was and I still am hoping that they snuck Vlad and Woaden in the movie.

There are plenty of drug induced dream sequences in the games. None of them include winged creatures as far as I can remember though...

...then again, the dream sequences from the games would translate horribly to the screen, so I can understand them making something different there.

The problem we're running into, though, is that the teaser is skewing too much towards something that looks more like a supernatural thriller than a ground-in-reality action romp. Seeing winged man-creatures completely out of context like this is gonna confuse the mess out of a few people.
