She shouldn't have called 911 but the manager WAS stealing her money if she refused to refund her. Its unfair to force someone to buy something they don't want. I'd be pissed off like crazy. The manager deserves to appear at court too. They were both being stupid

It doesn't make any sense why wouldn't she be allowed to get her money back. If they can't supply what she is asking for then surely she is entitled to a refund.

The reason why she couldn't be refunded is probably because their registers are closed or something, to prevent robbery. Still, if they don't have the nuggets, why charge her for them?
