McDonald’s old school happy meal containers. Boats, spaceships, and so on. The box the burger and fries came in was the toy. Circa 1983 or so.

Wow. I had forgotten about that.

Yeah I would put my G.I.Joes in them and play in the kiddie pool in my yard sadly I lost one figure and it got chewed up by a lawnmower.

I remember I had gone like, maybe a year or two without eating a McDonald's cheeseburger. So at some point I bought two and they just made me feel ill. Like not like throwing up or anything, just...sick. Like my body wasn't used to the grease and MSG.

Not exactly a Mickey D's incident but while living in Ecuador in the 80's I remember their Burger King burgers being some of the best and I come back to the U.S. and BK's burgers taste like s%$#!
