Don’t care about Leto Tron but at least some decent music will come out of it.

Deftones are still making…Deftones music.

Some other recent listens of new stuff:

Beyond the Black is on the soundtrack? Color me impressed, great for those guys. It's not often you see the newer Eruo metal scene in movies.

Oh no just Nine Inch Nails here on Tron - it’s their soundtrack.

Sorry it was clear to me but maybe not obvious to everyone else I was commenting on random stuff after that!

Going to see Deftones with a co-worker on their North American tour in September.

White Pony was great nu-metal back then and their new single definitely sounds like that album.

Listened to the first four Sabbath albums on vinyl for the sound as intended. Otherwise it wouldn't be the same.

The first 6 Sabbath albums are so good. There's definitely some highlights later in their career too (the Dio albums aren't bad and some of the other ones are decent) but those first 6 albums are the ones I'll keep returning to. I think it's also impressive how they managed to change their sound up on those albums while still remaining true to themselves. An album like Vol 4 feels drastically different to the debut or Master of Reality, Sabbath Bloody Sabbath or Sabotage feel very different to Paranoid.

Do need to check out some of his solo albums too, only really familiar with the big hits I've heard on the radio.

New BTBAM single. Much better than the first one IMO. Also, Dustie officially confirmed he's out of the band.

My favourite Sabbath albums are Paranoid and Vol. 4. I will have to give SBS and Sabotage another listen but they never got much appreciation from me compared to the first four.

Dio era albums, HaH and Mob Rules are easily my faves especially the latter.

All-time fave is probably Vol. 4.

Not gonna spoil myself with BTBAM but I am very hyped for the new album. The news about Dustie are not surprising, way overdue considering we've known for a long time.
