Agreed. I don't want Marvel to fall into the same situation they created with Antman and Ironman where the hero just fights a mirrored version of themselves. Why did it have to have the same design as the Panther? Couldn't they have taken the armor and remixed the design? I'm sure it will make sense in the context of the film though, so I'll trust the film makers.
