I think people have made their opinions very clear on race change....let's move on please. This is a dead horse...

I don't know, would we have expected to see Howard the Duck? I actually think the odds of seeing a "classic Fury" easter egg at some point are pretty good. Its just a matter of waiting for a movie with some kind of alternate history/reality warping element.
 
Kate Mara is a pretty good choice for Sue Storm especially if you have seen her work. I actually look forward the less to MBJ due to the controversy of him playing Johnny Storm but we'll see.
 
I just hope the chemistry between MBJ and Mara are good enough they can pull of that family bond. One of the biggest complaints of the first film for me is Alba and Evans non bond.
 
According to Trank.... during casting.. Mara showed a lot of chemistry with Miles and MBJ.. like they just clicked together. I believe that.
 
We already got a glimpse of it in the trailer.. Johnny is flying and he has flames all over his body.
 
I wouldn't even call that a glimpse, but yeah we will probably see him fly at least once.
 
The fact Sue's forcefield is strong enough to destroy a rock pillar, I'm hoping Trank has them a bit more on point with the scale of showing their abilities.
 
In the Story Films I felt like Torch was the strongest of the bunch. In that tease of Sue destroying what looked like a mountain. I gotta feel like people are going to be thinking she is the strongest this time around.

Which brings me to an interesting thought. What if for the first time in their lives Sue isn't invisible anymore because of what she has become. It would give Johnny a lot of motivation to prove himself.

Overused Hollywood Female Cliche: The Movie!

Why can't she just start out as a respected and loved member of the Storm family? Why does she *puts on artiste beret* have to BE invisible in the contextual, metaphorical sense before she comes into her own as a person and as someone with literal invisible powers and earn the respect of her younger brother?

How utterly on the nose and trite can we possible get in this movie?

We saw him flying from a distance in the Kingsman trailer. Looked awesome I just hope we get a better view.

I'm hoping that you are saying "not invisible anymore, meaning she isn't ignored anymore." because if she does not have the power of invisibility that would be the dumbest change thus far for this project.

Will Sue be more of the leader this go around? That is possible, especially if they are sticking with the UFF comics.

Her younger brother would never see her as invisible before or after the accident. She was probably a hero in his eyes before the accident. I mean she probably help raise him as more than just a sister would.I'm talking about to the people who matter Dr. Storm. Their powers to me has been a reflection of their personality prior to the accident.

I mean Dr. Storm would have to acknowledge the woman she has become. Then have this freak accident happen to you and all the sudden everyone sees you metaphorically especially your scientist father.

Well, if we are going with UFF, Sue is a Science Genius as well.

UFF really didn't use the symbolic view of each of their powers like 616.

I never read UFF I was done with that whole universe about two issues into Ultimates 3. The whole Quicksilver Scarletwitch thing was a deal breaker for me.
