The Dark Knight Michael Keaton In Gotham?

Keaton's the director of the other film currently in Chicago, The Merry Gentleman. Could be fortuitous but I can't see Nolan going for it

that would be funny, to see Keaton in this one, Clooney in another and Kilmer maybe later on, one of them gets arrested on charges that they are Batman, as Bale walks by...

Keaton as the vigilante in the sides? :woot:

Bale to Keaton: Don't let me find you out here again

yeah I know Keaton is in town... maybe he will be a hostage in the bank!

A better cameo would Bale saving Keaton for some odd-ended reason and Keaton giving him a "thumbs up." A "thumbs up" in the way of saying, without saying, "I approve and good luck."

that would be gayer than the Batman and Robin ice skates

A reminder: Keaton is actually directing his own film in Chicago now, so it's a coincidence that he's also around during TDK filming.

If he has dropped by the TDK set, though, that would be cool (as would a brief cameo -- nothing cheesy, just a quick shot.) It may just be a friendly visit to the set.

I doubt Keaton does a cameo, he wouldn't even do the commentary for '89 or Returns would he? I thought I heard that somewhere.....

Mother of God, that would be cheesier than Aunt Mays croaky 'Everyone looooves a heeero' speech from SM2. And that was some pretty smelly Gorgonzola, let me tell you.

HOW DARE YOU BASH AUNT MAY'S SPEECH! :cmad: :cmad: :cmad:

Nah, seriously, that was pretty cheesy but so well delivered I've always been willing to overlook it. ;)

Save it for a deleted scene or make it very brief and quick, maybe hard to tell its Keaton so half the audience doesn't find about it until after the movie when someone asks "Did you see Michael Keaton?" Can't have him be a distraction. A Stan Lee in Spider-Man type cameo.

I thought someone had taken their socks off in the cinema, it was so smelly.
The excellence of the rest of the movie helps me overlook it. SM3 has a lot to live up to (and from what I hear, I'm not sure it does).

Anyway, don't wanna see kaeton in this movie. Different Batverse, different Batchannel.

fact is that keaton should have a cameo in one of nolans batman movies :o
its a fact.

keaton is like reeve to me. he made something good for the first time.
now we have new actors. but he should have a homage.

sure . . . and let's throw in a 'wink' and a 'group hug' between Gordon, Bats and Dent while we're at it . . .

Keaton should be walking out of the bank and get bumped into by Joker as they're walking in . . .

aye aye aye, Anjow gets screwed again. I mentioned Keaton was in town and would prolly stop by the set early in March. Did anyone care to listen to me? Nooooope. Yeesh, one of these days I'm gonna score something major and just keep it to myself lol.

Yeah. That'd be pretty good. No dialogue from Keaton, and Joker should have his coat collar pulled up and his hat pulled down to hide his face somewhat until he gets in the bank. He bumps into Keaton coming out and Keaton just looks a little pissed and turns around to say something, but he notices Joker's white skin and a little green hair, so he just walks away quickly.

Or, Keaton coul say if you got to go with a smile or have you ever danced with the devil by the pale moonlight.

I kinda like the idea of a non speaking cameo for him. Like what was said about him bumpin into Joker comin outta the bank. I think that could work if it's subtle and it's not like "LOOK IT'S ME MICHAEL KEATON, REMEMBER ME?"

I would love a cameo by Keaton, the first uber dark live action batman deserves that.
