Unless she filmed that early, she'll likely get bad wig like Halle. Also unless they jump a few months in the future, probably wouldnt make sense to have her with long hair.. Your best hope is that she looks this way at the start of the film, before Apcalypse gets a hold of her

You have a good point. I'm fine with it as long as we see her with her long white hair and the tiara. :)

By the way is her cape attached to her arms?

Yes I'm aware that you think so, I don't think it looks awful.

Um...okay? Good for you?

...I can't tell the difference between a wig and natural hair. I guess I'm happier for that?

I usually can't, either, but...yeah.

But I love how the color of her hair looks.

Yeah, the color is on point.

Alexandra doesn't look black though...

What? Of course she does.

I hope at the the end of this movie, we will see Alecandra Shipp wearing the long white hair and the tiara and the golden earrings. :)

Unless they jump forward a couple of years, I don't see that happening.

Take a closer look. It looks real to me.

And the hite hair color is perfect because the color should not look similar to the white color hair of the elderly.

The white hair and blue eyes are taken from a long line of chosen sorceresses which only comes every after 3rd or 4th generation/ I'm not sure now.

The costume reminds me of this

I dont think so.

Take a closer look. It looks real to me.

Besides, white hair doesn't really look real when you see one.
it doesnt look completely attached to her head. You can see a seperation between the piece and her scalp in the middle. Likely wont be visible in movement, but its apparent in the still shots

Do you guys think Alexandra/Storm would look better with white eyebrows?

Take a closer look. It looks real to me.

But not to me.

It's not the color. It's the hairpiece. It looks like something you could go out and buy at your local costume store. No offense, but you chose the worst possible picture to try and convince me that it looks natural.

That wig looks as fake as something I'd see in a community theater production. I'm glad they gave her the Mohawk look, but they couldn't have done a better job?

Can someone explain how they could have done a better job? Like, what could be done differently regarding the application of a white mohawk to a character that would make it look more real than what we've got here?

I see. I think what is important is it looks good.

I feel like maybe there's really noone who could make Storm's white hair look real.

The next time they make an x-men movie, Singer should conduct a white hair making for Storm competition and the best one will be the one used for the movie.

I'm really happy to see Alexandra looking beautiful as Storm.

I still want her to study on how to look good and atrractive outside the movie. I didn;t see her look very beautiful during the comic con.

But yeah, maybe she's still experiencing a euphoric feeling for taking Storm's role.

I think other young black actresses are very jealous of Alexandra now. Hahaha :)

I like Storm's costume, but her mohawk looks terrible. It's a wig, right? Because it looks a wig.

Seeing it in a higher quality pic certainly highlights how fake it is. Hopefully is looks less so in the actual film. Maybe they should have used Shipp's real hair instead of cutting it all off.

That would need to be dyed a lot of times and believe me, it really hurts. I tried as king a salon to dye my hair why and I was told that my hair has to be bleached like 3 or more times. I can' even bear the pain already on the first bleach that i gave up and ended up with a golden hair like Naruto's.

Halle would have looked beautiful with that costume and the mohawk.

I'm so sorry if i post a lot. I'm just really happy with how Alexandra looks like as Storm. :)

I will post a picture of Storm that has white eyebrows later cos i couldn't find ti.

1) They could've used the actress' real hair.

2) They could've made the hairpiece look like it's actually attached to her head instead of sitting on top of it.

3) They could've used a more expensive-looking material in the creation of the hairpiece, instead of what looks like cheap synthetics.

I feel like maybe there's really noone who could make Storm's white hair look real.

It's 2015. If we can't make Storm's hair look real, then we've failed as a society. :o

Why do you care about how she looks outside of the film?

Why would other actresses be jealous of her?

I know nothing about the process of changing one's hair to white or gray. But, if that's the case, then it's just a matter of making the wig look real.

Halle would have looked beautiful with that costume and the mohawk.

I'm sure she would have. She's a pretty lady regardless of her hair or clothes.

Then definitely, Singer will try to look for another company who can make white hair look more real. :)

I'll try to research on my end to look for company who make wigs and tweet it to singer so that next time, he knows where to find the best wig makers. :)

I hope it will be told in the movie that she is a princess or that her mother was a princess.

They probably chose a hair piece for the sake of consistency. How do you make it look attached to her head? As someone who has an undercut, Storm's hair falls quite similar to mine on the sides. I think the hair looks like hair; I mean, I can't spot the difference between the real stuff and synthetics.
