BTW just mentioning if you want to change your quote to the real version of what Walter says its:

I'm pretty sure everyone and their mother knew Love Guru was going to suck. No surprise there.

But that was one of the few films where I was actually cringing in embaressment for Myers.

Well. I'd have to say ... oookay. BUT... the first movie still remains my fave baby... even though I like the second one too, despite Vanessa being a fembot and all. *thinks* I believe the real Vanessa got kidnapped and was replaced as the fembot we see in AP2 and with no further explaination...the scene itself remains a plothole. Still, if a 4th one does happen, I'd at least like Vanessa be mentioned...but I doubt it.

Goldmember could have been a little better if ... Felicity was in it.

Anyway...I'd probably end up seeing the new one but right now, I am not really thinking much about it.

Oh well. Myers gave us 3 Austin Power movies...groovy baby. Except the first two were better than the third (though it had a lot of good stuff in it - especially with mini-me switching sides and hanging out ...with Austin who dresses up as a sailor and...you know...) heh... anyhow..

With that being said, all I can say to Myers is good luck.

I just got done watching Goldmember...its funny but the overload of comeos was just too much... oh and Im probably gonna watch the first one again.

Number 1 is my fave...2 is...my second fave...3 is ...well...not really my fave, though it has a lot of funny parts (mini-me switching sides and hanging about with Austin) ...

If Vanessa and Felicity were in Goldmember... I would have been...a happy man and Im sorry for bumping this thread up til now. heh.

I would much rather see a Waynes World 3.. but if they can make it good I'd be up for a AP4, although it probs wouldn't be cinema worthy for me..

Isn't the 4th suppose to be from Dr. Evils side/point of view? They should go back to the first two, mainly the first one though, where they focused more on the story and added laughs after. The 3rd one just felt like a line of jokes strung together..

I suppose it would be pretty interesting if, like the poster above suggested, it turned out Vanessa had been kidnapped and replaced with the fembot and the 4th one was about Austin rescuing her..

No more Beyonce or Goldmember though.

Regardless of how bad he is, actors like him and will ferrel will constantly have high sales in movies. So yeah money rules everything, he wont be giving it up anytime soon.

She could appear again... and on that note, I read she filmed a scene for Goldmember but it was cut. I wonder what that was.

Im not sure about rebuilding and reprogram vanessa... I'd go with the idea that she is held captive. Austin realizes he still loves her and when he learns that Vanessa is still alive, he goes to rescue her.
