MI6's producers won't allow Cavill to shave because, apparently, the stunts he's being required to perform are so physically rigorous that a prosthetic mustache appliance won't hold up.


This affects Justice League reshoots is because they have to spend money to digitally edit it out.

It didn't look great, but he was able to walk away under his own power basically. So yeah he might want to consider using more stunt doubles. He is 55 years old.

Looking at the video I think he might have gotten lucky and just knocked the wind out of himself, he actually swung back over to the other side afterwards which is a good sign and there will be a lot of padding under the harness.

It could've been that, but he very well could have some hurt ribs or internal injury. But I don't want to speculate too much until we hear something more official. But I would say him being able to still walk after it happened and being swung back to the other side shows he's not too gravely injured. At least that's my hope.

The internal injury is the big worry, I think with his experience he wouldn't have swung back over if he'd cracked or broken a rib as he's had that before and would know to remain still and get unhooked. Fingers crossed it's just some bruising.

That looks painful. Hopefully it isn't anything internal. I'm surprised they let him try that far a jump, even with cables attached. They couldn't have moved it closer and cgi'ed out the scaffold?

Oh man, hope he's alright. Cruise is a fighter and I know he'll probably want to get out there as soon as possible, but I hope if he's actually injuried seriously he takes his time. I'm surprised they didn't pad the side of the building just in case, hell I'm surprised they didn't consider him missing and try make it part of the scene just in case.

Release date most likely now Christmas 2018 instead of Summer 2018. Cruise broke two bones during the failed stunt.
