The fallout from taking on the Syndicate.
And perhaps, a plot to detonate a dirty bomb which would involve a lot of nuclear fallout.

I hope they don't do another stopping a nuke mission since we just had that with Ghost Protocol. I like the idea of it being about the fallout of taking on the Syndicate. The whole organization just lost their leader, be interesting to see if they do something about how theres all these rogue agents running around without someone keeping them in check.
