The Dark Knight More Eckhart and Ledger Quotes.

This is sweet. Good spot, both of ye. Miranda, where do you stand on the Harvey debate? Inner demons or crushed by Gotham?

Dude this is very interesting. I think you should open a thread with a poll on this one.

Thanks for you kind comments!:woot: This debate has been going on in other threads, inclduing the Eckhart cast as Dent thread. I doubt if another thread is really necessary.

Inner demons is no reasonable excuse for Two-Face. Crushed by Gotham in no excuse

It has to be a bit of both. But if I had top pick one element to play a larger role over the other I'd say Gotham City. Our environment creates our demons whether it's a city or a family home, and Gotham is the stage for the Batman stories. I also love Raybias idea for the title of movie three, 'Gotham City', all about Two-Face and the freaks.

I think that's the consensus view, it's just that both sides saw the issue in black and white terms intitially, an either/or situation. Now it's just a matter of degree and emphasis, some people want one aspect played up more than the other.

Agreed - great title.

unless R Kelly is on board to play the Hatter, I can't see that happening. :ninja: :cwink:

Awesome Find M'Lady. I am gettng so STOKE for this movie it's stupid!

Actually, I just got to say this.

It really is a golden time all around for comicbook fans and how superheroes are being presented in movies and TV, especially for us old timers who remember how bad and chessy they used to be.

That is all.

If the way it sounds that harvey will become Two-Face at in TDK, then that will set up the next film with Two-Face as the main villian.
With Two-Face being shown at the end, like the Joker's card at the end of Batman Begins.
Joker will be the main villian in TDK, but events that such as Harvey being scarred will set up the next sequel.

I doubt we'll really see Two-Face in TDK. Goyer has already said that Harvey Dent was supposed to become Two-Face only in the beginning of 3rd film.

And that was like 2 years ago. Plenty could've changed by then.

Exactimundo. All bets are off. I reckon Two-Face will make a third act appearance.
What the hell happened in the sequel art thread?
