Morrison's Multiversity

See that's why I love the story over continuity credo. "I have an idea for a great, great story!... But it doesn't fit into current continuity because of X reason, so... oh well."

Totally agreed. I blindly jumped into Green Lantern: Lost Army yesterday and I'm really enjoying the series so far, any obscure character I didn't know got a quick explanation and on the story went.

Plus according to the video it looks like Morrison is about to go bugnuts insane with his output.

Grant is relentless like a machine. He never stops writing! It's crazy how many projects he's working on. Amazing!

I'm really curious to see what all they do under the Multiversity Too banner in the coming years. And by that I really mean that I'd like to see Darwyn Cooke do a New Frontier follow-up. :o

Having only just read that story last week, I'd totally be up for another one. :woot:

Ah, so that's good? I liked the previews, so if the whole thing is well-received I might pick it up in trade.

It's two issues in. Pretty fun so far. I hadn't read a GL comic since well and truly before the New 52 run (Hell, before Johns run for that matter) and I'm not having any trouble following it. You get a brief recap or explanation of any non core Lantern.

That aside, I'm really curious to know the status of that proposed line. Perhaps they're waiting until Rebirth has been a bit more fully explored, so they don't muddy the waters too early on.

Oh wow! I forgot about this series! I'm about halfway through the hardcover and forgot about it. It's got to be buried under one of my piles.

I actually bought this one like a few weeks ago. I first thought it was some kind of lexicon of all the 52 earths and not a cohesive story. I am in the process of reading it now.

Multiversity was crazy good. The Captain Marvel issue was absolutely amazing.

With Morrison becoming editor of Heavy Metal magazine, it's probably put a wrench in it. I'm sure it's coming, but it's going to be awhile, I wager
