For a web series, it didn't look too bad; I liked the little scene with the cyber ninjas and the fight with Scorpion and Sub-Zero.

One thing, the two ladies fighting. One of them looked like Kitana but I couldn't tell who the other one was.

Agreed. I mean, honestly, given that this is basically a very low budget for fun project, I'm kind of surprised so many people are being so harsh on this. It looks like fun to me.

the sound was way off on that trailer. anyway, not too bad

considering the low budget it doesn't look that bad. aside from the explosion effects, everthing else looked pretty cool.

im really excited for this. im hoping whatever effects they do have arent painful and i can still enjoy them. theres always a way to make things look good with camera angles and lighting if you dont have a big budget, im hoping the cyborgs dont look cheap tho. very very interesting trailer. im going to reserve my judgment for this until ive seen them all but i have a feeling all im going to want out of this is more....itd be nice to see another bunch of episodes cleared to be made since this happened so quickly. i can just imagine that within a year they could put out a whole bunch more on characters we havent seen yet.

so, kitana and mileena will be fighting with shang tsung watching (i think)
kano gets his eye (presumable after the explosion between him and jax)
the cyborgs will figure into this somehow (i think what the director said about things happening not just before the first game apply here)
scorpion and sub-zero fighting makes me wonder if scorpion will lose and thats how he dies and then comes back as a spectre for the tournament (that image of the spine in the snow makes me think its his fatality)
there looks to be some kind of confrontation with baraka as well as some other ninja (perhaps reptile)
i remember hearing something about shao kahn and queen sindel also having involvment and i am pretty darn sure that was quan chi talking too

these are so much more backstory then we ever really got for any character in ways that werent explained well enough. im very happy for these to be getting made. the later games (4-deception) explained things but thats way too late in a story to start talking about the different realms and relationships. id like to see bo rai cho have just one mention of some sort in liu kangs story if it gets made. instead of making up characters these and any movies that come from them should utilize all the characters featured in all the games, even just in name. ok maybe not all of them, but i dont want to see things like that random dreaded guy with the stick in the first mortal kombat movie fighting liu kang again. if they were to make movies i would imagine the story wouldnt progress past where mk 3 ended so characters made up past that coul dbe featured...like kenshi, he doesnt even need a name, if they need a random combatant, make him blind and we will assume thats who it is

anyways, hope this does well. a real movie could make these characters look so much better im sure
