Based on what? Green Lantern in 2011?
One movie?
Iron Man 2, Iron Man 3, and Thor: The Dark World say hi.
Or was it because of Nolan's trilogy, the greatest superhero trilogy of all-time, not being connected to other superheroes? Was the greatest superhero trilogy of all-time considered a sign of incompetence?
Just curious.
I would think that Marvel not having the film rights to their biggest properties, like Spider-Man, X-Men, Fantastic Four, would be a sign of incompetence, since they're stuck making movies with second-tier characters, third-tier characters, fourth-tier characters like Ant-Man, because they don't have their A-listers, and they don't have the Marvel's
First Family.
I'm not seeing any big cinematic plans for Blade, Daredevil, Punisher, or Ghost Rider either. I'm seeing exclusive photos of toys for Guardians of the Galaxy.
I imagine WB might have an easier, more "competent" time in the future because they have every DC character at their disposal
now (and forever), and there aren't any legal issues involved.
