I didn't even bother seeing elektra. It looked like a waste of time.

Spider-Man 3 was incredibly disappointing.

I just saw Daredevil again the other day on FX,not as bad as i remember it,but still bad :o

I was really expected more from X3. It disappointed me the most by far. I didn't expect that much from the others.

The most disappointing Marvel movie overall is The Hulk. If you just ask people at random what they think of this movie, and compare those reactions to what they think of any X-Men, Spider-Man or Fantastic Four movie, you're going to find that most (comics fans or not) prefer any of those movies over The Hulk. Even if they saw other movies they didn't like, such as Elektra, or Blade 3, nobody really expected those movies to be that good, anyway.

I agree with the majority of the voters, both X3 and SPM 3 were huge disappointments. They had so much potential, they were SUPPOSED to be so damn good.

I think the FF films have really dropped the ball. I don't blame the actors because they can only work with what they are given. Tim Story did improve from the first film, but really the films haven't been given the epic status that the FF really deserve. The storywriting really hasn't been that great.

When I think of how the FF could be, I think of a great adventure storyline with light humor sprinkled here and there. Not where it becomes the major point that it has. Additionally, the second film was really hurt by not having Galactus in the movie or a showdown between Galactus and the FF/Silver Surfer.

Based on the two films I have seen, I think Tim Story is really not the right director to handle the Fantastic Four. I'm not saying he is a bad director. I just don't feel he is the best candidate for the Fantastic Four.

All of these movies felt like classics in comparison to the disappointment that was Captain America. That movie is Marvel's Judge Dread for me. So little Captain America in his own damn movie.

As much as I hate to say it I'm gonna have to pick Spider-man 3. I enjoyed it but it could have been so much better. They wasted too much time on unnesscasary stuff instead of having fight scenes with the black suit.

I'd have to say Ghost Rider since it was hyped beyond anything the movie ever aspired to be.

I enjoyed X3 and Spiderman 3. Both were highly entertaining.

wish i could vote more than once. spidey 3 and FF2 really take the cake. Venom looked like **** and No galactus? No ****ing fart cloud is gonna pass as Galactus. No spank you

Spider-Man 3 is honestly the most disappointing film I've ever seen. The first time I saw it, I was blown away. But then the second time I saw it, I realized that with all of the advertisements and all of the footage they released of the film before it had came out that it was all just a scam to get more people hyped to see this film, it was all a big scam to try and earn even more money on this film since they had already spent the rest of it on the film's crappy-ass stunts. In every fight sequence, they seem to have one big event take place:
-The New Goblin vs. Peter Parker: Explosion
-Crane Rescue Sequence: Crane Crashing Through the Building
-Spider-Man vs. Sandman: The Armoured Car Stunt
-Symbiote Spider-Man vs. Sandman: Water Pipe Drowns Sandman
-Peter Parker(symbiote) vs. Harry Osborn: Another Explosion
-Final Battle(Spider-Man & The New Goblin vs. Venom & Sandman): Most of the Big Events in this Don't Really Involve Stunts Because Most of the Sequences Big Events are in CGI
Anyhow, this is not a review thread so I don't want to make this too long, I think that Spider-Man 3 is a disappointing film because they didn't deliver what the audience should've expected. And whatever you expect from a film, you should get. And Spider-Man 3 did not deliver at all what I expected. It's like going to see an action film and once it you get inside, you find out that it's completely different and that it's some sort of romantic-comedy.

SPIDER-MAN 3 is the most disappointing, even though it's not that bad of a movie. It's the most disappointing because it's pale in comparison with Spidey 1 and 2, and bcoz we expected it to be the best comic book movie ever, and it ended up being a cheese fest.

HULK is also disappointing as hell, coz the trailers made us think it's gonna be an action movie, which ended up as a disturbing psychological borefest.

Spider-man 3, basically all the reasons that ^^^^^that guy said

  • Hulk
  • Ghost Rider
  • Spider-Man 3
  • Elektra
  • Blade: Trinity
  • Fantastic 4(2004)
  • Fantastic 4: Rise of the Silver Surfer
  • Daredevil
Hard for me to decide which one... for now I'm going to say Elektra... that movie just stunk.

There are plenty of disappointments to be sure, but Hulk takes the cake(even though it's far from the worst movie on the list) for disappointing me the most. Hulk is Marvel's 2nd best known character to the general population and for it to have sucked as much as it did is the equivalent of the 1st Batman(DC's #2 character) movie in 1989 starting out as the Batman & Robin/Schumaker film.
