Infinity War Most important players/ characters in Infinity War

Who do you think will be the most important players/ characters in Infinity War?

The movies won't be able to focus on everyone equally, although I'm sure there will be moments for everyone to shine. But some will have to drive the story more than others and be more integral to the plot.

Who do you think these will be?

I'd say Iron Man, Cap and Thor, Dr Strange and probably Starlord on the side of the heroes. These will probably be Marvel's star players anyway.

The others might be more supporting characters with some bordering on leads (eg Scarlett Johansson, Chadwick Boseman).

Don't know how much the Inhumans or Captain Marvel will have come into play yet.

Iron Man, Cap, Starlord, Blackbolt

Basically the leaders of the teams. Then the solo guys will all get their minute of fame at some point within the double header. IM & Cap will likely be involved in deciding the final outcome.

I don't see Drax being that important a character in the MCU version of IW because Bautista isn't as good an actor as some of the others so they won't write him as having as big a part as the likes of RDJ, Evans, Cumberbatch, Pratt etc.

I'm really surprised they didn't add a Warlock movie to the lineup. He's kinda important to the Infinity Wars unless they omit him completely

I'm sure they will add Warlock to the line up of GotG2

He'll probably just feature in GOTG2 because I don't see that there's such a clamouring for a solo movie of him. They could just leave him out though.

Marvel will essentially just make whoever they choose to be the most important characters based on their biggest stars.

I think that Cap, Warlock, and Loki are sure things. Considering the popularity of Iron Man/RDJ, you can probably add him in as well. I also have a sneaking suspicion that Hulk will end up with a pretty memorable role.

Oh and maybe Pip the Troll.

It's called Avengers, so i'm guessing at least the Big 3 will be the most important.

We can't really tell though till we know whether they are gonna go New Avengers part 1 then bring the others back. Or whether it will be full Avengers for both parts.

Same. If each of the A1 team members had a specific and personalized task for taking down Thanos then we could have groups of other heroes supporting each of them.

Maybe that's how we'll get to see this in live action?

I agree. It's being called Avengers movies and I'd like to see the most focus on the guys that have taken us all the way from start to finish.

Only if the next FF flops and Marvel gets the rights back, he would basically be a last minute addition if things worked out.

Really Drax ought to be the one facing off against Thanos to get some measure of justice for his family, but I don't think anyone would really want Bautista in the finale acting opposite Brolin. It needs someone else like Evans, RDJ or Cumberbatch.

Multiple Avengers will be involved in the finale, of course, but Cap & Iron Man are likely to be at the center of the action. Drax also has an important role to play; his history with Thanos wouldn't have played such a prominent part in GOTG if Feige didn't plan to use it later, IMO. Warlock will probably also be deeply involved. But I do think that it will all come down to the original Avengers in the end. Feige even came right out and said that Natasha will play a decisive roll in the Infinity War. They will all have their moments to shine.
