The Fountain was fantastic! Totally agree with you, but I can see that it is clearly not a movie for everyone.

Yeah, I see where it's hard for some to wrap there head around it, but it's been fairly panned, I think the average score on RT for users is 50% and critic scores are about 27%

That makes me think of Sabretooth, a fantastic Sci Fi movie with the greatest terrible CG I've ever seen.
