X-Men team films, with a core of Cyclops, Storm, Wolverine, and supporting roles from Iceman, Beast, Colossus, Kitty Pryde, and new additions such as Gambit, Emma Frost, Bishop, and a real Psylocke...

Or no films at all.

Something tells me that a lot of that is comprised of sympathy votes. I have serious doubts that folks would be interested in a solo Cyclops film if he hadn't been killed off in X3.

As of now, he's tied for second with Nightcrawler. Assuming there are more than just a handful of votes, I guess people wanted to see more of Cyclops afterall.

Cyclops is just boring. No depth whatsoever and the fans have always been attracted more to Wolverine than any other character since his intro.

Which is why Wolverine was on the cusp of being written out of the book until John Byrne stepped in on his behalf. Because fans loved him from the very beginning.

It's sorta become the popular thing not to like him just because he's so popular but the fact remains he's just a more interesting and deeper character than the rest. More troubled, etc...Cyclops is visually appealing and has cool powers, and he's a good leader like Reed but he's boring in comics, and boring on film so far.

Saying that Wolverine is the most well known and popular character in X-men is a fact...No matter how u look at it he's the most recognizable character in the X-men...But man it seems u cant get over the fact that Wolverine got his spotlight and Cyclops didnt, I wouldnt be surprised if 90 percent of ur posts are you whinin and complaining about Cyclops being shafted... I didnt agree with it either but im not complaining as much as you. Get over it man its only a movie.
