So we all know about the Expendables, a movie franchise about every action hero from the '80s and '90s teaming up in one movie to save the day.

How boring!

Wouldn't it be cooler if you got all the actors best known for playing bad guys and put them all in a team up movie?

Think about it! A movie about these guys teaming up to blow up the world...

Alan Rickman
Gary Oldman
Jeremy Irons
Jason Issacs
Glenn Close
Mark Strong
Christoph Waltz

So in other words ITT Who would you like to see in a villian team up?

A good movie idea But Expendables idea being boring my ass and no I personally don't think it'd be cooler!

The Expendables being boring? Well I certainly agree with that.

On the second point you would have to someone opposing this group to make it interesting. Unless they're all going to turn the crazy up to 10.

Mark Millar's already on that. "Supercrooks".

I thought it would be a cool to kind of do a big group film but with big 90s comedy actors. Perhaps some of those who never really did a films together..

Adam Sandler
Jim Carrey
Mike Myers
Ben Stiller
David Spade
Chris Rock
Eddie Murphy
Martin Lawrence
Rob Schnieder
Tim Allen
Jack Black

Hank Azaria... David Duchovny maybe... You could have smaller/cameo roles by guys like

Robin Williams
Billy Crystal
Chevy Chase
Dan Ackroyd
Bill Murray
Steve Martin
John Cleese
Will Smith

The big 80's&90's comedy actors doing something together could work in many ways,Have the older characters who are all best friends&are enjoying retirement decide to take a big fishing trip with their sons But ***** happens,It'd be like Gone Fishing mixed with Wild Hogs!!!

IF that were to happen then the father/sons combo I'd like are..

Robin Williams&Jim Carrey
Billy Crystal&Adam Sandler
Chevy Chase&Mike Myers
Dan Ackroyd&Jack Black
Morgan Freeman&Will Smith

Eddie Murphy&Brothers(actors being cast as his brothers)Martin Lawrence&Chris Rock

Deniro , Pacino , and Joe Pesci in a film directed by Martin Scorsese

How about Robert DeNiro, Al Pacino, Joe Pesci, Steve Buscemi, Ray Liotta, James Gandolfini, Andy Garcia, Joe Mantegna, Michael Madsen, Chazz Palminteri, John Turturro, Paul Sorvino, Lorraine Bracco, Edie Falco, Dennis Farina, Leonardo DiCaprio, Danny DeVito, Robert Loggia, Christopher Meloni and Joe Pantoliano in a Mafia epic written and directed by Scorsese?

i dont need to see Leo in a mafia movie next to Deniro and Pacino.

Yeah I know they did Grown Ups, which i didn't bother to see because it did look terrible.. But if they got some decent writers on board and did a proper sort of teen comedy or even r rated or just something that feels like some of the earlier comedies these guys were involved with, rather than making a 'family comedy' then it could work out alright...

I came up with an idea a while ago for a sort of 90's/Frat Pack vs. 00's/Apatow Crew film... It was called The Rematch and would be about a big group of guys who had a big footall rivraly in highschool and then years later, as adults they have all gone their seperate ways. Then the 2 main characters would bump into each other during a confrontation with the ref at their sons pee wee football game and the rivraly would be re-ignited.

Half the film would be the set up with each character tracking down their old friends to take part in the rematch and the other half would be the actual game and how they all start playing dirty and whatnot... So you would have guys like Ben Stiller, Owen Wilson, Adam Sandler, Chris Rock, Will Ferrell and Vince Vaughn on one team and guys like Seth Rogen, Paul Rudd, Steve Carrell, Jason Segal, Romany Malco and I dunno, Jonah Hill...

Sounds like a pretty bog standard plot really but there would be ceretain characters who don't wanna play and you're not sure if they'll turn up etc.. and one idea I had was that one character has become a transexual and doesn't wanna take part in something so 'manly' but obviously they come to the rescue at the end.. I thought Will Ferrell would be great for that part.

An 80s/90s crime drama mashup idea...luv it!

Something like that happens in Grown Ups plotwise. Basically they run into an old rival and the film ends with a game. It would of been better if the team consisted of apatow crew though.

Gather all the best 80's and 90's comedians possible and put them in an ACTION movie. =D

Gather the best "serious only" dramatic actors and put them either in a crazy comedy or an over-the-top action.

Am I the only one who thought it was a better idea for the expendables to be a cartoon? :o...

like they can all look like they did in the 80's...:o

cause it would be like.. a cartoon.. :o

Expendables 4? What the...I look forward to Expendables 10, where our heroes use walking frames with machine guns.
