The WB Bat-Embargo is a move that does not make sense neither logically nor finacially.

A Smallville Episode + Bruce Wayne = Highest Rated Episode in WB/CW history = $$$.

I think its because different studios own the rights to that character, I think. So DC can't let Smallville and the WB, or CW or whatever, use Batman without the other studio's permission. Right?
Thats why Justice League Unlimited couldn't use characters like Spector and Blue Beetle.
But still your right, Batman on Smallville would be Smallville's and maybe that night's highest rated show. Plus it would bring in more viewers, could WB pay to get let them use Batman?
