Oh yeah... Best thing. An actor with the right look, voice, and presence playing CLARK KENT... as well as Superman.
Brandon Routh embodied everything about the role
The opener seemed very old when the text flew right at you. Seemed VERY outdated.

Brandon was Great! and the music of all the movie was amazing and beautiful , giveing the magic that the movie have, I cant believe than this movie was not nominated for an Oscar about the music!
i also liked the music very mush but IMO it would not be fair. because then the oscar should have been fot the exact songs from teh soundtrack.Brandon was Great! and the music of all the movie was amazing and beautiful , giveing the magic that the movie have, I cant believe than this movie was not nominated for an Oscar about the music!

you cna not gave an oscar to teh whole soundtrack since eh is using williams theme.
I'll go with Brandon Routh.
Ottman's music, Brandon, the CGI, the plane sequence, the Metropolis sequence, Superman lifting NK, Superman's last scene with Jason.
my colleague said exactly the same. and she said routh is handsome. The beginning credits...it was all downhill from there.
Umm, the studio admitted what now? That's very strange, because I seem to recall Alan Horn -- y'know, the President of Warner Bros. -- telling the Los Angeles times back in August that he felt the movie was very successful and has greenlit a sequel.True, most of the haters have their own delusions, but a hater doesn't have to delude himself into believing the film was a dissapointment. Even the studio admitted that.
Brandon as Superman, and I also liked the 'lifting the yacht' scene.....
