New Layout Feedback

Lately… when I click on the “last post” link of a forum (e.g., “A moment ago,” “5 minutes ago,” etc.) I am brought to the last post. But only for a second. Then I’m automatically bumped up to an earlier post. Is this a bug or a new feature?

I can hardly wait to see what new disasters this next update is sure to create. :waa:

Anyone else get popups in the middle of the screen that don't go away when clicking X? Just started happening to me today, only way they go away is if I refresh the screen. But even then it's seems to be happening a lot.

can you share any screenshots? or the threads that they happened in? it would help to narrow things down

Sorry forgot to respond to this. It seemed to hbe happening in every thread, no matter what part of the site I was on. But it also seems to be resolved now. Seems like it only was happening for a few days then randomly stop. So I guess we're good now lol

So, I'm noticing that I'm having scrolling problems with the site. That function and selecting on a page freezes up. If I hit "Home" or "Forums" button above the page, it will reload and then I can scroll again. At first I thought maybe it was my computer so I restarted, but the problem persisted. On top of that, it only happens on this site. All my other tabs appear to be working normally.

I use a Macbook Pro with Monterey v12.6 if that helps.

What's your browser? Safari or Chrome?

Interesting......when I get to a page that doesn't let me scroll and I arrow back to a previous page or two, both work. When I arrow forward to the page I'm having problems with, I still can't scroll, but all the links work.

I can't help but think I'm doing something weird, but this just started happening a day or so ago. Any kind of updates happen or anything like that???

It's not really that big of a deal as I can work around it, but wonder if anyone else is having this issue.

I'm having the same issue on my Samsung tablet. But I just hit Refresh and the page is able to scroll again.

I already notified @SniperHF about it. It could be a Chrome issue, could be a site issue...

That's pretty much what I do also. It's not that big of a deal.

Thanks. I haven't noticed it on other sites, but that doesn't mean it isn't Chrome or the interaction between the two.

Just happened to me (first time). I'm using Edge.

Both are based on Chromium, so it's possible that our site isn't playing nice with it.

Actually… the same problem has been happening to me for a while on Deadline.com. It’s okay at first. But then a Pop Up window appears asking me to disable AdBlock. I get rid of that window — and scrolling doesn’t work. :ebr: Reloading the page fixes it.

Seems to be the same thing here.

I'm not having the same issue with being able to scroll that I was having yesterday. So, maybe the issue fixed itself? (Or maybe @SniperHF fixed it?)

I've developed and implemented more configurations/code/etc than I care to admit and, trust me, this S*** doesn't fix itself. :funny:

So.....what was it? (Says Curious George).

So personal temporary solution to the polls is to use this site for polling until we get it fixed:
