New marvel event? or new spidey event?

as i was reading one of the Fallen Son comics today, i saw a Marvel ad that i hadnt ever seen before. its mainly a white background, with a light grey web and it says "What would you do... with one more day?", and has "Your Universe" underneath the marvel logo. any idea what this is for?
