It will make at LEAST 300 mil
Great job as always, ActuallyRobin.
Isn't that a bit too optimistic? I thought $250 million was already pushing it but this sounds downright utopistic. Of course I'm not an expert when it comes to the US box office so maybe TDK has even more great things going for it than I realize.
very funny.......very funny300mil is pretty optimistic, but you have to remember Warner Bros did little to no advertising for BB. Enough people gave it a chance on DVD to know it isn't cheesy and lame like the last two(Schumacher's). Not to mention it's the Joker on the big screen again.
No. TDK will pwnz.Great job as always, ActuallyRobin.

I'm a non-UK person and I haven't read this, so thanks a lot, limey.
As much as I'd like a shot of Two Face, I'm glad we haven't gotten anything on that front. I hope they manage to keep it under wraps until July.
"It's pretty common knowledge that Two-Face is a character that starts out as a guy called Harvey Dent," says producer Charles Roven. "At the end of Batman Begins, the DA ws killed, and so in the time between Batman Begins and The Dark Knight, they elected a new DA.
The ARG hints that Harvey will be made DA somehow between now and July. Right now the acting DA is Roger Garcetti, and Harvey is an ADA like Rachel was.So I guess TDK definitely doesn't start immediately after BEGINS. How much time does it take to elect a new DA, I wonder.

Going by the ARG (especially The Gotham Times articles), if I were to put a month to where BB ended in our timeline, it would be August/September 2007. Batman had been spotted 23 times when the first issue of the newspaper came out at the end of November. Since it's a given that Batman doesn't go out every night (Bruce needs to play up that party boy image sometimes), I think that's a plausible time period.

I'd guess two to three months. You'd have a filing period, probably a registration period, a primary election, maybe a runoff primary, and then the general election.
No need, just some ponderances and deduction skills. For some reason, these two posts made me feel stupid.
