I am pretty new to Smallville (the first I've watched it regularly and not just in passing). I have a few questions...
-Are they now in college or graduated? It seems like Chloe and Lois have a job but I'm not sure what Lana and Clark are up to
-Does Oliver run his own business? He seems older and more established then the rest
-I sometimes get the feeling that Lana is only with Lex to watch him bc she doesn't trust him, is that just me? or does she really have feelings for him....
-how many more seasons are the cast signed to do?

Thanks!

Clark, Lois, Chloe and Lana were all in college, but I don't know if they're currently taking classes.

-- Clark dropped out last spring after his father died (covered in Vengeance, I believe). Not sure what he plans to do now... The show hasn't covered that.
-- Lois was expelled from Met U during the 4th season after getting drunk (she's underage) and getting into a fight (see Recruit) I believe she took classes at Central Kansas last season, but got the job of chief of staff for Jonathan after he fired his... Now she's Martha's cos.
-- Lana and Chloe are both currently on hiatus from Met U since metropolis univ. closed following the destruction that happened on Dark Thursday. According to something Lana said recently (I think in Arrow), they will start back up after "next semester"
-- Oliver is the CEO of Queen Industries, which is a business his father owned/ran.
-- I'm not really sure what Lana feels for Lex, she does seem to care for him but may have an agenda, but I think for more certain answers you'll have to stay tuned
-- The cast is signed for 7 seasons, I think hell would freeze before it'll go past that. It'd just cost too much to resign everyone.

Thanks!

Thanks. I'm looking forward to adding more shots to it this season.

We only got a few beef cake scenes last season and one of them wasn't all that great (hypnotic).

Welcome to the dark side Sparks.:woot:

Most of us are nice here.

Actually Tom said a couple of months ago that he was only signed for six. I'm betting the rest have the same deal which means they will have to sign either an extension or a new contract if they go for season 7.

I thought the contract was either seven seasons or six with an option for a seventh season which I am pretty sure will happen. :word:
