All I know is, for every kid that gets killed off, they're one step closer to getting rid of Dust and David. Even scarier, they're another step closer to giving Pixie (who I'm fairly certain sounds all weird and Welshy) more panel-time.

Blink wannabe? Hardly. Pixie was originally just a very frail version of Archangel (oooh, she has pretty butterfly wings. How useful for flying, and absolutely nothing else). Now she's like a combination of Archangel and the original Magik.

I want to see more of Wolf Cub and Match

I'm surprised that more wasn't done with Wolf Cub. Chamber rescued him in his mini and brought him to the mansion. Then the first time the Exiles came to the 616 he was heavilly involved in the storyline. So I thought they were playing him up a bit. Then that's about it. He was just background fodder.

Match... eh, couldn't care about. He's cool but too much like the Human Torch. Granted, Rockslide was too much like Thing, but there was ways around that, and the writers took advantage of that. Match, I just don't see ever losing that comparison.

pretty sure the art was HORRIBLE in this issue. absolutely horrible.

And other people, aka mostly normal and well-minded people who don't frequent the X-Men forums but instead the Marvel forum, are saying it's the best art they've seen from Ramos. Or they're getting used to it. Probably both.

Ramos tends to get a little "better," though "better" is the wrong word to use, but is probably all you people will understand - but in the off-chance you'll understand something other, the word instead should be "cleaner" - the more he draws characters. He gets used to the lines, used to the fluidity in his art as it corresponds to the certain characters as he sees them, and thus cleaner.

The art isn't bad. Seriously, overexaggerations are tiring. You guys couldn't tell what was going on? Geez, it was pretty clear to me. And I pretty much speed-read the issue, or at least didn't give it a whole ton of attention, since I was reading it at work.

But if you need a helping hand, I don't mind typing up detailed "instructions" ( ) for reading the issue.

I could care less about the other kids outside of the main squad. I loved the original New Mutant 6 plus Hellion. The rest are seen alot more now than they used to be and thats enough for me. Dont need more of them
