He does not utter one curse. He must have really enjoyed TMNT!:woot:

Now maybe his army of mindless followers will try to see the movie. A handful of them might even see it in theaters.

BTW -- sorry for screwing up his name in the title -- I don't normally watch his stuff.

That guy's show's hilarious. "Nintendo ruled the ****ing world..."

"Pretty good" sums this flick up perfectly.

good review...buy yea, he must of really liked it not to cuss any...

Nintendo Nerd pretty much echo my thoughts about TMNT. I feel with the crop of recent comic book to movies TMNT ranks up there.

I like that Nintendo Nerd guy! :)

I've watched all of Angry Video Game Nerd's reviews on ScrewAttack.com, which a cool site that I lurk to a lot, if you like video games and some humor. He's usually both hilarious and spot on with a lot of his reviews.

He's funnier when he's pissed, though. But it was a solid review. I also agree, if one hasn't read my review on Page 2 of the review thread, that the only thing holding TMNT back from being a 3-4 star film was the stone general/immortal warrior plot, because everything else was really strong. The characterization, the animation, the Foot sans-Shredder, etc. If they'd adapted CITY AT WAR in some way, I think it would have been for the better. Just kept the same plot, just instead of them fighting monsters and stuff, it's CITY AT WAR. Eh, maybe for the sequal.

TMNT can use as many more viewers as it can get. :)

Thanks for posting, never would have found this otherwise.

That was .... entertaining. :D

And agreed with CITY AT WAR likely to have been ultimately more pleasing to the general audiences who walked into TMNT with only a general knowledge of the 80's cartoon, and the films. However, I felt the storyline presented was very adequate in re-introducing the TMNT universe for a new generation, and plus like DREAD mentioned above, there's (hopefully) another sequel to look forward to ......

Whenever he reviews movies, it seems like he's more himself than anything these days. Otherwise, he plays up the whole Angry angle.

Check out his Spider-man 3 review to see what I mean.
