Given her abilities given the mystic arts the whole connection of magic it only makes sense for Elizabeth Olsen's character of Scarlet Witch to survive both IW films and show up in Dr Strange 2 whether it be as a side character or as a cameo

Also there is so much left to explore with her powers that killing her off now would be such a waste.

Since the MCU takes a lot of inspiration from recent comics I could see them doing a "Vision and the Scarlet Witch" movie with some inspiration from Vision's recent successful 12-issue series. They'd obviously make it a lot less dark of course.

Neither Vision or Wanda could carry a movie on their own, but they did have two limited series together and the title "Vision and the Scarlet Witch" would go well with other two-person movies like "Ant-Man and the Wasp."

Of course a lot probably depends on people's reaction to their love affair in the next Avengers movie. I wonder if the filmmakers even know for sure what's going to happen to those two.

I feel like they've had Olsen and Renner in promotion overdrive all year for this movie. (It was great so it's very deserving) I hope she gets back to Atlanta asap too.

She and Renner are probably working extra hard on promotion because the downfall of Harvey Weinstein means it doesn't have much studio promotion apparatus behind it. So they're personally going around and trying to sell it to Academy voters.

I think, the possibility of Wanda/Vision movie entirely depends on how popular they will become after IW. It's still not given that their romance will be well-received, even though it looks promising so far.

I would love to see a SW/Vision film so I hop it is well received. They would be a seriously powerhouse relationship, especially if SW gets some training in from Dr Strange.

Yup, I'm really hoping these 2 survive IW and A4. They haven't received anywhere near enough screentime or development and they are some of the most interesting Avengers. Would love to see them get their own standalone film or heavily feature in Dr Strange 2

Yep. In the build up to AoU those were the 2 characters I most wanted to see. They could fit well in the background of a Dr Strange film. And I also loved [BLACKOUT]Strange's cameo in Ragnarok.[/BLACKOUT] (small Ragnarok spoiler)

I remember someone asked Lizzie about having a solo movie and she said she though AOU served as a good origin story for her and Pietro. I'm not sure if people would want a Scarlet Witch movie, but I'd love to see her feature in a few more. Maybe even Black Widow if they go along that route.

She is not as connected to X-Men as people assume. She's always been primarily an Avenger and her mystical lore has nothing to do with the X-Men.

Her mystical aspect, specifically her connection to Chthon (arch rival of his sister Oshtur and the Vishanti) creates alot of unique story potential. Throw in Chthon as nemesis, and Agatha Harkness as mentor/sidekick, and you have a potentially great movie, one with a darker, more emotional tone than most Marvel movies. Jennifer Kent (Babadook) would be my choice to direct.

A solo for SW could be attractive once we have explored a lot more of her higher level powers and background. That would develop a lot more interest in her. First stop - Strange 2! (please )

I hope so. But has her brother in the Fox universe even been called Quicksilver? I thought he was always referred to as "Peter".
