It lessens the blow, for me anyways, concerning Cass's stupidity, and questionable sanity, when I think of it as a hot chick!

It's a shame that this is going to be criticized as "left-wing bologna" because many of his sources come from Israel itself...it's a very fair and well written peice that is hard on both sides of the conflict. The connection that he made between bin Laden's "perverse claim" and the US version of democratic promotion is brilliant.

Chomsky is awesome, it's sad when people call him irrelevant, I mean, sure, it's not the same as he was in 70's (so I have heard) but still after reading this, people have to come to grips with the duplicity of Israels position.

Neither Chomsky or any current neo con thinker are truely great political theorists, they are merely minor thinkers and will be forgotten soon enough, only the truly great political thinkers get a place in history and have their work impact the world.

As long as he continues to speak out and point out to those willing to listen the agenda of the West and reveal to common people like myself what is really happening over in the middle east, that is all that I care about concerning men and women like Chomsky.

I respect him for speaking his mind and not being intimidated by the U.S. and Washington, the Jewish lobby, right wingers or anyone else.

I think he could careless about his place in history since history is largely a great work of fiction, half-truths and large omissions anyway.

I think the gist of his post was that people don't know about him in America because people in America are um... smartly challenged?
