In today's globalized world criticizing one nation and not criticizing others, is outdated. Besides he wasn't born in England or Israel and he still criticizes those nations, so your point is ultimately irrelevant. What makes him a hypocrite is his williness to criticize some nations for their crimes (US, Israel, England, etc), but he is willing to white wash the crimes of other regimes (like the Khmer Rouge.)
