Waste of an episode.

I was all psyched to see Christian meet his real father, played by the great Robert Davi. And what do they do? They make him a cameo in a lame-o dream sequence!!!! Joan Rivers, too.

What a waste! Even Liz's storyline was pretty pointless. I mean what was the purpose of it?

Two more episodes to go, and even with Ava Moore in them, I'm seriously worried that this show will end on a low note. The writing this season has been soooooooooo bad.

I can't wait too see matt meet ava again thats going crazy.

Last night's episode was pretty boring and pointless. I'm pretty sure Ryan Murphy has been writing these episodes but the quality doesn't seem like it's there. Maybe he was too busy with Glee when he was writing this last season. Anyway, I had a feeling Christian would "meet" his father in a dream sequence since the scene didn't look normal from the previews. Also, I thought Sean and Christian hated each other? They were pretty friendly towards each other in last night's episode given what happened with them during therapy.

It's extremely inconsistent like that. One week Matt looks like he finally has it together and then it looks like he's back to screwing up. But then next week he's back in their lives again. WTF?

Easily one of the weakest episodes not just of the season, but I'd say in Nip/Tuck history. What was the point? Especially this late in the final season! Beyond Kimber's death, big things should have been happening!

 I was bored watching last night's episode & kept thinking the same thing. "What was the point of it?"

The tragedy of this episode was that it had a couple of plot ideas that could've made for an awesome Season 6. For one, what if Christian's dad had really returned? Davi would've made for a great villian this season. Or the injectable lady becoming a major business competitor? I think there should've been more focus on plastic surgery going the way of the dodo. That could've been interesting. And Liz's relationship. Would've been nice if she had finally gotten her groove on in the office too. There was a lot of potential last night and it was all wasted.

It's like N/T writers don't even care anymore. They seem unwilling to really wrap up the series. Compared to the Shield, which I got into the same time as I did N/T, the final season was heading somewhere, it was building momentum, and even though it didn't answer every question or satisfy me enough, the writers at least cared enough to keep it consistently entertaining until the finale.

The thing is they've been pissing over potentially great storylines all season long. They could've done more with Teddy, though I didn't care for Rose McGowan's performance, Escobar's daughter, or Christine Adams. I would've rather had Sean sleeping with her than Kimber, it would've really shown how he and Christian really aren't that different at all. It was good to see Famke in next week's commercial but I got a feeling they are going to screw that up too.

the worst part about the robert davi cameo is it doesn't make a lick of sense. he doesn't know who his father is so where does his subconscience get the image to base him from?

I would love to see a post-series finale retrospect from Ryan Murphy so that he can tell us all what in god's name he was doing with this show for the past 3 seasons. Seriously, what happened to Nip/Tuck? It used to be my favorite guilty-pleasure show, now its absolute crap. The characterizations on this show are more inconsistent than on Heroes and for anybody who watches that show, they know what im talking about. I have a strong feeling that the series finale is going to be incredibly lame.

Did anyone else smack their head repeatedly against the nearest wall while watching last night's episode? The level of ridiculousness in this show is just incredible. The characters on this show never change, its just the same thing over and over and over again. Its just embarrasing at this point.

I was stunned that Julia had the nerve to draw up papers that would give Sean's rights away as a parent and asked him to sign it. What was even more amazing was that he actually signed it! It's not like he was giving his car away...they are his kids! Julia has pissed me off many times before but honestly, I thought by now she would calm down and be a little normal. I guess not.

At least Julia showed some actual growth on this show. I was so happy she resisted Christian's pathetic attempt at seduction. When they started making out in the bathroom i almost turned the tv off and gave up. I was like "AGAIN?! REALLY?!", but it was a nice surprise to see Julia moved on. But Sean, Christian, and Matt all showed they are incapable of moving on. Especially Matt. I just didnt buy into his love for Ava at all.

I thought they were just papers allowing the kids to leave the Country?

:she's a man...she's a MAN!:

...that's what ran through my mind everytime Matt and Ava had a scene together, lol.

:she's hot...she's HOT:

...is all I thought.

LOL. I knew matt would go back too her call me crazy but I know this season and the last few weren't that good. Personally I just accepted Nip/tuck for the way it is a guilty pleasure but that preview for the last episode kinda bought a tear too my eye.

Yeah, I don't understand Matt at all, nor do I understand Ava's inclusion in the final two episodes of the series, period! It's not that she wasn't worth revisiting, but c'mon, son!!! Now?! At this stage of the series, you bring her back?

Your right on, I took the show off the DVR earlier this season because it's almost unwatchable, and it used to be one of my favorite shows...

I'm glad they brought Ava back. She's brought a little life back into the show. I love her and the creepy seductive vibe thing she gives off.

Best thing about the latest episode was Ava. No surprise there. Famke was quality. And I just know she has some hidden agenda. No way she loves Matt, and her reaction to his "Just perfect" daughter was creepy and sinister.

I really enjoyed the patient storyline, too, with the holocaust survivors.

I agree. Although it was nice to see Sean move on and sign the papers to allow Julia to move overseas with her new hubby. He is moving on in that regard and letting Julia go.

I thought the papers were there to give Sean's rights as a parent away? If it was just so they can move out of the country, then my mistake.

I recognized the patient in the episode as Miles from the Golden Girls!

To my knowlege, you need consent from both parents in order to take minors out of the Country. I'm certain that's what Julia had Sean sign.

well that's a relief. I don't hate her as much anymore. Still, she talks about having stability for the children but she's the one who keeps moving around...

Sean shoulda given up his parentals rights ages ago! His oldest son is one of the most f***ed characters ever to grace a television screen, his daughter became a hair eating pissant. Not to mention taking his youngest children on a camping trip with a woman that ended up being a serial killer who tried to kill them! (how convenient that she encounters a serial killer that ultimately kills her! Oh, what clever irony!:whatever: ). Now, his oldest child has walked out on his own wedding to go be with some tranny he's been secretly obsessing over even after discovering she was a tranny! Are you kidding me?!? Sean is officially - WORST PARENT EVER!!!!
