Phillies have no chance at beating AZ in the playoffs

Houston places Wandy Rodriguez on waivers, Colorado picks him up and both teams have two days to make a deal.

If Rodriguez goes, Houston will be left with the enormous contract of Carlos Lee and a bunch of nobodies on their roster.

haha. i like the spirit.

looks like the nle west will go down to the wire.

beltran is getting healthy, and belt is finally in the lineup everyday. it's a pity the giants are missing posey and freddy sanchez, because freddy, posey, pablo, beltran and belt in the lineup at once is actually a real major league lineup. might even be a decent one at that.

Heath Bell gonna get traded to SF? I'm sure he wouldn't mind, then coming back to sign with San Diego next year maybe. He loves SD I know that much.

In other news...

Javier Vazquez passes Drysdale for 30th all-time on MLB Strikeout list. 2,494. If this is his last season, he should pass another HOF pitcher while joining 2,500. Impressive...sadly he ain't HOF material. Just a pretty good K pitcher.

Great K picture for sure but him not being HOF material is no shame. He had a decent career.

Most will know Javier for his failure in the Yankees stint.

Ah, so he's like Peyton Manning. Lololololol.

But seriously, didn't know that. Looks like he's retiring after season. Marlins could make him offer...but I think he's done. Very good second half of season for him so far.

Peyton Manning has a Championship Ring and ridiculous numbers.

That was crazy. Three grand slams in one game. Wish I would have seen more than just the highlights.

Implying I don't remember him this way

Trolled hard

And he's still just a great regular season QB...and not as great as Farve...Farve da man yo.
Manning is on his way to toppling a lot of Favre's numbers.

Secondly Favre is 13-11 in the Post Season, Manning is 9-10. Difference of 6.8%.

Do you know anything about sports?
