Marvel is relaunching AXM. I guess its an attempt to make it relevant again. Here are the redesigns

1. This new Astonishing line kinda reminds me of Marvel Knights. Set in current continuity, but sorta separate.

2. It sounds like they're limiting the effects of crossovers. Well, on purpose instead of it just happening because Cassaday or Bianchi is a slow artist.

3. What the hell is up with that drawing?! I mean, holy crap. When does the new X-Crew album drop?

Astonishing for the most part has always stayed away from the crossovers. Throughout Whedon's run, he never refereneced anything that happened outside of his book. Ellis has tended to stay away from that as well but he couldnt get away with the whole Utopia issue

I thought this was a spin off of Astonishing X-Men, I thought they launch a second comic danm it! That's it its dropped. BTW did Weadon state that various things happened like M-Day but just didn't go to deep into the matter because didn't Danger torture Wing about losing his power???

M-Day was sorta ignored. There was one scene where Wolverine was sparring with the students in the room that was once the Danger Room, and he said something about there being less students now. That statement was just vague enough to mean either Danger kill/chased away most of the students, or M-Day happened.

Thats his cat nose and his arms and legs look big (well bigger than normal) as we've seen in the cat look. His look gets a different interpretation with each artist. He actually looks the best of those on that cover

whats with emma and storms hair extensions???? all the way to the ground, really? and Armor looks way too much like Jubilee. and i positively cant stop looking at how emaciated Storm looks in the hip area. healthy peoples bodies dont look like that!!!!

you are not. i commented that he looks like a hybrid of cat/ape beast..and i think it works for him...let him truly be a BEAST and not owe any likeness to one particular animal species.

still cant get over storm's top tho...and her hips..good lawd...i dont see how t'challa EVER lets her out of bed with them birthing hips.
