Endgame Official Avengers: Endgame General Discussion Thread!

After seeing all the added footage on YouTube (besides the Far From Home clip which I didn't feel the need to watch), I can honestly say that the best part of it was the Stan Lee tribute. It's really touching, and it should have been tacked on to the end of the credits in the first place.

But what are the “few surprises”?
We get a message from Anthony Russo, the deleted scene features Hulk, Stan Lee cameo feature from the Blu-ray and a sneak peek at Spider-Man far from home featuring the first appearance of Mysterio

I went because I enjoy the experience and also wanted to add my contribution to Marvel Box Office run
You mean you wanted to add your contribution to billionaires pockets. I can’t see how anyone could fall for this cash grab gimmick.

Or maybe we just wanted to see the movie again anyway and this expanded the film's availability, thus making it easier for us to see it again? Just a thought...

Well, he also said he wanted to add his contribution to Marvel Box Office run. In other words, added contributions to billionaires.
If someone wants to see the movie again, that’s fine with me. I’ve seen movies more than once too. But doing to increase box office and giving more money to Disney is an wasteful reason.

No worries. The re-re-release of Endgame during awards season should put it over Blucahontas once and for all.

I know that's probably a joke, but given that Infinity War didn't get a re-release at all and still got Oscar nods, at this point Endgame probably wouldn't need one so close to Oscar season.

No worries. The re-re-release of Avatar during Avatar 2 hype season should put it over Avengers: Greatest Hits again :o

Saw the re-release last night. That post-credits content was garbage. The Stan Lee memoriam was great, just wish they didn't use it as a ploy to sell tickets. 50% of the Far From Home tease was in the trailers. And the deleted scene wasn't interesting or clever, let alone finished. I find it hard to believe they didn't have a single better deleted scene they could use. It was laughable.

Glad I went to see the film again. But damn. That "re-release" what a joke.

Still a-lot of money to be proud of if your marvel studios, history books and film classes will show this was the correct way to build a comic boom universe for at-least 10 years. Im not bummed about it being 2nd to avatar but more so we may never see anything like this past 10 years again.

So I've seen ENDGAME 5 times now and on my third or fourth viewing I notice one continuity error during the final battle. It involves AntMan/GiantMan - any one else catch it?

Specify.
