Not digging Tomasi's first arc of Batman & Robin but will give him a few issues

no, i'm pissed that i waited for this issue for almost 3 months and it was crap. The first two issues were amazing. the same people that you claimed that have good taste in comics were *****ing about Final Crisis and Flashpoint. so...

Flashpoint sucks if only because Barry is in it. It sounds like such a gimmick.

Also read Batman & Robin #21. The story certainly hasn't been as good as Morrison's run on it but it's still fairly decent. I think Tomasi writes both Dick and Damian pretty well. Not looking forward to Judd Winnick coming on board though.

If anything it will only be one or two issues where he writes about Jason Todd and then back to Tomasi. I feel like he wants to clarify all the **** Jason has been through since Battle for the Cowl and B&R. He considers Jason a bit of his own character and all which to be honest is fair because he's put a lot of good work on with him besides the abominable Talia sex.

As for B&R i just wish Tomasi established a season long arc. Its his book, so why just limit himself to 3 issue stories of no greater importance?

Fine, you didn't like the issue, but others did, and that doesn't mean we can't talk about it. If you're so angry over it that you can't stand any kind of discussion about it, then don't read or engage in it.

....so what? Final Crisis was good but it had a lot of problems and I would hardly call it a classic. Flashpoint hasn't happened yet but I think a lot of people that are *****ing about it are just tired of mega-events in general, that and the fact that Johns will probably use it to spotlight Barry over all the other Flashes. I mean Jesus, it's not like those stories are up there with Watchmen or Sandman or anything.

I don't mind that as long as the stories are good and compelling. Not every book needs to have a huge arc spanning a couple of years.

No of course not, but something bigger than random stories wouldnt be bad. I mean i think that the only book that cared to develop Dick or Damian since RIP has been B&R. All the others have barely done a thing with them.

He draws him that way as well. You need to look at the details of the suit to distinguish them.

Btw did you guys know that Daniel's book comes in the top 10 in sales? I guess people are willing to buy anything with Batman on it. I bet if Streets of Gotham and Batman switched titles it would definitely help Streets which is the better book by far.

Sandman is the only book that's more overrated than TDKR, except TDKR brought back Batman for Adults so i actually respect it.

There were so many great characters in Sandman. If I had to pick a favorite it would definitely be Death.

I feel that Winick is the only writer so far who has written a good Jason Todd. And hopefully he gives Jason a better costume, his current one sucks.
