My opinion is my opinion, 9999x. Sorry I don't care enough to agree with you about everything.

But no seriously, everything looks ****ing fantastic.

Now I can't tell if you were being sarcastic or not:csad:

If you really weren't about Skull though, I'm not asking you to agree with me. I'm simply saying wait to judge a performance until you actually see the performance.

I was being sarcastic in the beginning. It felt so weird seeing everyone agree that the pictures were amazing. So I had to do something.

But no really, everything looks great.

It all looks great. I love both costumes, and Weaving looks fitting as well. I didn't have any doubts, but I'm more excited for a trailer now.

The trailer, usually with every movie, is the make-or-break point for me.

So far I am EXTREMELY sold on the movie, I just have to wait for the trailer to come to be completely sold.

Oh and, it sucks for Evans wrapping Cap and then literally going straight into the Avengers. No time to rest.

i'm sure he'll be pooped, but i think it's probably better for the character.

well, he won't have to re-learn the character after playing someone else, he'll just stay cap straight through. you look at bale from the two batman movies or jackman from x-men to x-men and you can see the difference in the performances.

Very true, I see what you mean now.

I just don't want it to affect his performance as Cap. I mean, the pressure behind the Avengers is far granter than that of his solo film, IMO.

For me, it's the film itself, but tom-ayto tom-ahto.

Great!

Why did they shave his chest? I don't think guys were into waxing in the '40s. :)
Not a big deal mind you but I just find it funny that Evans as Johnny Storm was allowed to have chest hair... But not as Captain America. :p

Well it makes sense to me, because if he's a scrawny guy pre-serum, I think having no body hair would be intuitive to making him look weak and un-manly. Then, it's not like the serum makes you grow a lot of body hair, otherwise i'm sure Cap would have gladly donated blood samples to Prof X to create a hair growth formula AGES ago.

Mind you, i'd love to see a storyline where Kingpin, Vulture and all the other bald villains team up to try and get blood samples so they can regrow hair.

Not the chest hair...don't whine about that darn chest hair! LOL

Chris Evans, who I have faith will pull a great performance acting-wise, has completely embodied Steve Rogers imho.

If they end up adding chest hair later, if it isn't blonde there will be hell to pay! :@

...............Also, it needs to be shaved into the shape of a star....with wings......with perma white underneath it.

I'm not whining I just said I find it funny that the perfect man... has no chest hair. :) It's really not that big of a deal. It's like if Wonder Woman had hairy arm pits or something.

Cause you know... she IS European. :p

The super soldier serums isn't 'a perfect man' potion. They're not trying to turn him into the ultimate American bachelor, it's a strength and biology enhancing thing. Body hair doesn't really seem a priority to that serum.

Once again, I don't really care that much. BUT, strength and especially bone strength are related to testosterone levels. So if the serum is designed to make the organism work at peak efficiency that in my mind at least means that his body will either have increased levels of testosterone, or he will use that testosterone more efficiently. Either way, he should grow hair in funny places. :p

I think seeing as the whole thing is based on made up science, they can make up the parameters of said science :P
