pttf. more like Generic Max. Maybe I'm too hard on him but I don't see Chris Pine getting all these offers. But I don't blame Sam; he's making tons of cash right now.

But it's a movie that will be made since it'll save your country's film industry, according to the trades!

If I was in Sam's shoes, I'd be doing the same thing. Fame doesn't last long these days, except for a select few.

I just can't believe Miller didn't get an Aussie to play Max.

On the bright side, Charlize Theron is in it. t:

Our film industry would be fine if we stopped making boring, depressing crap. We need to go back to the good old days. Mad Max, Crocodile Dundee, Razorback, Turkey Shoot, etc.

Our horror movies are doing pretty good, though.

yea totally didnt like where jlm casting was going. Sure there was a few i either liked or thought looked the part. But then others i didnt want for said role. Now as for green lantern so cant wait to see what kind of cast campbell will assemble.

Cavill Im hoping gets a chance to play Bruce Wayne and James Bond. Hes an actor Im really rooting for. Hopefully this Dawn of War turns out good, but I noticed in other places people are afraid of the similarities with Clash of the Titans

I dont get the appeal with Worthington, at first I was just like : "eh" but after all his over exposure I was like: ""F*** him", but now Im fine with him. Still do't get the huge appeal with him

it would be nice if he does get to have his names on an iconic role like bond, batman, or even superman. Though more likely then not bond is likely the one he could possibly get before batman or superman.

Thats a good question, he directed both bond movies but both times it was to reboot the franchise and he walked away after, they even begged him to come back. With Zorro the sequel took place years after. I think WB went to him to direct this movie and I see someone else coming in to direct the sequel.

Here's the Superman cast I came up with recently. As you can see, I too am a fan of Cavill as Supes.

Cavill, Glau and Pine are definitely wrong for those roles (Glau especially) but everything else is decent.


If they ever do another Superman of course, it wouldnt surprise me if none of these people even get screentests for it.

seriously, if they cast Kevin Sorbo...man. Just look at the cast of Thor (now with Kat Dennings) and if mr. Sorbo was in Green Lantern, he'll stink up the place.

I'll let Blackman answer that one, to avoid saying the same stuff over and over.


Though on the flipside it would be interesting having a Hal Jordan Green Lantern (Ryan Reynolds) that would dwarf Superman (Cavill).


But HC won't be in the running for Superman again anyway, so its a pointless argument.
