Some upcoming news about Berlanti's potential film after GL (he's still on board to direct) from Variety:

The Tropper project will be developed as a directing vehicle for Greg Berlanti, who, after exec producing and writing such series as "Eli Stone," "Dirty Sexy Money" and "Dawson's Creek," will direct "Green Lantern" for WB. Paula Weinstein and Jeff Levine will produce.

I don't think WB would ever announce GL AT the convention, but maybe a day or two before in the trades and give more info at the convention.

That is what I'm hoping for as well.

Even if its the animated GL in the preview, lets hope it can shed some light on the live-action one. Gotham Knight was sort of a tie-in to TDK, maybe that's what they are going for.
The WW animated picture is probably the most we'll see of the Amazonian Princess for a while, though.

Hmmmm.....interesting. This reminds me of the old Jack Black rumors. If they were too actually go that route than this would probably be the best possible cast, except theres probably a better choice for Ferris
