*Yikes, sorry for the double posting*

While I was watching the film, my friend said he was
getting turned on by the woman vamp who was breathing really fast on the medical table-thing. Perv. :p :o

Every scene including her freaked me out. I was scared she would wake-up again. :(

I just bought the book today, I look forward to read it since it seems a lot better than the actual movie, even if the cover of my book is stained with the sticker "Now a major motion picure starring Will Smith" printed on it

lol. Yeah, the lab vamp girl was quite shapely! :p

and yeah, I was like..."There's Nanny McPhee!"

The mannequin head did move IN HIS MIND, he was losing it kids come on is it that hard to realize that. The darks set up the trap etc end of story.

But we don't see it from Neville's point of view. We see it from a zoom. If it was in his mind, it was a poorly chosen shot. The only way it would make sense that it was in his mind is if we saw a long shot from Neville's POV in the car.

In the other shots when he is losing his mind a bit in the house, we see it from his POV.

I'm not saying that it wasn't in his mind, what I'm saying is it was shot wrong. That is, if it was supposed to be in his mind...which it probably was.

Yeah, some random teens at the showing I went to were like, "damn, her **** are bouncing pretty fast." Though when the dark seekers have their eyes closed and aren't doing anything, they look remotely decent. Haha.

I think one of the better scenes was
when Neville first loses Sam inside the dark building, and all you can see is what he sees with the flashlight....then the light is shone on a group of them with their backs to him..and he promptly continues on his way.
That was cool, and very survivial horror-ish.

Yeah, that scene was freaky with them all huddled up in the dark.

That scene was awesome...Will's sense of fear was so strong in that scene. You could feel how scared he was and the fact that he really didn't want to turn his flashlight on to reveal what he might see.

Stupid dog.

I think it might have worked better if that was the only glimpse we got of them for a while, and he didn't encounter them again until later. So people would have curiosity about them.

I got really choked up when Neville had to kill Samantha after she got infected and that Please say hello to me scene with the mannequin....oh man.:(

Oh man.

I was that close to letting loose.

Some punks were laughing during the scene when [blackout]Neville wanted the mannequin to talk to him[/blackout].

i hate when people interfere with that .

i finally saw this tonight in imax . the dark knight is going to be fantastic in imax , no doubt . i also like what i have seen of heath ledger's joker , i wonder if we will see any flashbacks to him before transformation.
i am legend was a good movie . will smith continues to get better each year . you couldn't help but feel for him , his family , and samantha. the second trap caught me off guard , it made the movie alot more interesting. i also thought there was some real scary scenes toward the end . the ending did feel somewhat anti-climatic but it was good overall .
also the dog should get a nomination for best supporting role.

Every guy that has a dog hopes his dog would be like that....intelligent as hell, that attentive, etc.

Ugh,...One of my main pet peeves is how people think that they should make a scene and laugh during scenes that are obviously not meant to be funny.

That was an excellent scene in terms of POV.

Can someone explain to me how the butterfly related to everything?

That was a big problem I had with the crowd for this film.

I hadn't thought of that, but you're right. That would have build an insane anticipation for what he was fearing so much.

It was a sign. The daughter said something about a butterfly in the car in a flashback, later he saw the tattoo of the butterfly and he knew what to do.

It was a reshot ending that sucked.
