This is a thread where you can come in, say what games you are trying to choose between, and ask which one you should pick. Or, you can drop in and mention a great deal that you discovered on a game.
With that said, I am trying to pick between two games right now: Resistance 2, and Mortal Kombat vs. DC Universe. I'm interested in Resistance 2 because I really dug the first game, I could use a new shooter, and also the game has great co-op and multiplayer modes which I'd love to get my hands on. However, I'm also interested in MK vs. DC, because I like Mortal Kombat and fighting games in general, and the Kollector's Edition is only $50 at Amazon (Resistance 2 is still $60). If I buy Resistance 2, I can always scratch my fighting game itch with Street Fighter 2 HD and Soul Calibur 4, but if I get MK vs. DC I can still scratch my shooting itch with Call of Duty 4 and Fallout 3 (even though the latter is an RPG, it's somewhat shooter-ish).
So which should I get? I'm quite sure that they're both going to offer pretty decent bang for my buck, but this is probably going to be the last game I buy until sometime in January. Any suggestions would be appreciated, and don't be afraid to ask for suggestions for yourself!
